The 2023 SSAA Darwin Branch AGM will be held on Monday 18th December in the clubhouse in the boardroom.

The order of business per clause 43 (3) of the 2023 Constitution shall be:

1. Executive Reports.
2. Presentation of Audited Financial Accounts,
3. Election of management committee positions.
4. Any specified agenda items.
5. Appointment of Auditors.

Per clause 24 of the 2023 Constitution, the Vice-President and Treasurer executive committee positions shall be up for election for a 2-year term (2023 being an ODD year).

Per clause 23 of the 2023 Constitution, the following management committee positions shall be up for election for a 1 year term.

1. Membership Officer
2. Caretaker
3. Armoury Manager
4. Bar Manager
5. Publicity Officer
6. Grants Coordinator
7. Range Development Coordinator
