The 2025 SSAA Darwin Branch AGM will be held on Sunday 30th November 2025 commencing at 1300 at the clubhouse in the boardroom.

The order of business per clause 43 (3) of the 2023 Constitution shall be:

1. Executive Reports.
2. Presentation of Audited Financial Accounts,
3. Election of management committee positions.
4. Any specified agenda items.
5. Appointment of Auditors.

Per clause 24 of the 2023 Constitution, the Vice President and Treasurer executive committee positions shall be up for election for a 2-year term (2025 being an ODD year).

Per clause 23 of the 2023 Constitution, the following management committee positions shall be up for election for a 1year term.

1. Membership Officer
2. Caretaker
3. Armory Manager
4. Bar Manager
5. Publicity Officer
6. Grants Coordinator
7. Range Development Coordinator

Completed Forms are to be placed in the Darwin Branch SECRETARY'S Mailbox in the member area. 

As per Clause 17 (3) of the 2023 Branch Constitution the 2025 Audited Financial returns are available for inspection prior to the AGM by emailing a request to secretary@ssaadarwin.com.au to arrange a suitable time!
